Dutch Life Assurance & Financial Service in Dublin €27-30K

Company: Our client is a leading International Financial Services and Life Assurance company. They are quoted on the London Stock Exchange and are one of Europe’s premier Investment management houses. They have recently established their back office and customer service operations to support their European clients in Dublin and have vacancies for Dutch Life Assurance roles.

Role: Your role will be to support their Dutch market that sells their award winning life assurance products. This will require you to work with corporate financial clients and end users that have queries regarding the products and policies.

This is not a typical call centre or shared service centre role but more a client service position where you will liaise to troubleshoot and solve product related queries in Dutch.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 12 months Life Assurance, General insurance or similar financial service skills and experience preferably in a corporate/B2B role. In addition you will need fluency in Dutch and excellent English.
