Order Processor & Accounts
Person required for a small busy office near Kilfinane, Co. Limerick
Must be proficient in IT. Experience with stock control is an advantage.
Attention to detail very important.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a varied administration position with experience in most of the areas listed below:
Order processing & invoicing
Managing customer purchase orders
Dealing with queries effectively
Organising paperwork for deliveries
Computerised accounts - Quick Books or similar. Accounts payable & accounts receivable, bank reconcilations.
Posting to journals, Vat & Tax returns, EOY returns, using ROS.
Maintaining customer database, managing office supplies.
Using excel and outlook
Good communication skills and telephone manner.
Must be self-motivated, have initiative & be able to prioritise effectively.
Great opportunity for an Accounting Technician with little experience.
Fluent English essential.
