Job description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a Part-time position within a Medical Environment.

Qualifications/Experience:

· Ideally a third level qualification or with equivalent work experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation

· Highly motivated, able to work independently on his or her initiative and also as a member of a team

· Analytical and problem solving skills along with ability to prioritise tasks

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential

· Excellent computer skills: including Microsoft Word, Excel, website and document management systems

· Ability to generate and present documents in a professional manor

· Experience in medical administration would be advantageous but not necessary
