Job description

Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Reception duties to a high, professional standard, Sales Administration, Support Customer, Support Processing accounts paperwork - training will be provided (Numerically astute also a plus) Database maintenance, Excellent IT skills and processing skills MS Office Suite (Google Docs an advantage), Maintaining front office, including stationary.


Minimum requirements:

Qualification in the area. Use of CAD an advantage but not essential, Strong Customer Service, Skills Team Player, with a willing and can do attitude. Ability to multitask and possess good organizational skills. Cope well under pressure. Proven ability to work to a high standard. A person with the ability to progress within the company. Experience in an Auctioneers office an advantage.
